My Fitness Journey: What’s Next?
In four months, I’ve lost 18 pounds and 9.3% body fat. I’ve done 21-mile day hikes in the Wind River Range and summited the Grand Teton. Now, many close to me, including myself, are asking “What’s next?” Here’s what’s next for me and my fitness goals.
